Shipping & Order Processing Policy

At onsrun, we believe fast, secure, and transparent shipping is just as important as the products we sell. That’s why we’ve built a reliable system to get your gear moving as quickly as possible—from our Brooklyn warehouse to your doorstep.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that certain high-demand or custom items may require additional processing time. You’ll be notified via email if there’s a delay with your order.

Shipping Origin & Carriers

  • Most items ship from our main facility at:

  • Some larger or specialized items may ship directly from a manufacturer partner.

  • We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • $7.99 flat rate on orders under $75

  • FREE for orders $75+ (continental U.S. only)

  • Delivered via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery

  • Arrives in 3–7 business days depending on location

Express Shipping

  • 2–3 Business Day Delivery via UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority

  • Rates vary by weight & location (calculated at checkout)

  • Not available to P.O. Boxes

Next Business Day Shipping

  • UPS Next Day Air available for most in-stock items

  • Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST for same-day shipping

  • Weekend delivery not available

  • Rates shown at checkout

International Shipping

  • Currently unavailable. We ship only within the United States & U.S. Territories

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after dispatch. You can check your order status anytime via your onsrun account or the tracking carrier’s website.

Weather Delays

Extreme weather conditions may cause unexpected shipping delays beyond our control. We’ll do our best to communicate updates, and we thank you for your patience during these situations.

Important Shipping Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes with expedited or overnight shipping methods.

  • For security reasons, signature may be required on higher-value orders.

  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses may take additional time and cost more depending on the item and destination. These charges will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Exceptions

Some items may not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping due to weight, size, or brand restrictions (e.g., recovery equipment, boxed fitness gear, and shoe care kits). You’ll see actual shipping charges reflected in your cart before checkout.
